EQUIPMENT CONDITIONS BEFORE COATING.
Coating materials must be sourced from approved paint manufacturers and suppliers in accordance with customer-approved processes/specifications.
If required by specifications, a performance test of the paint should be carried out in the workplace before starting the painting operation.
Performance test results must meet customer requirements.
Inspection of paint - visual inspection, color label on each container, color batch certificate, paint should not be used after the specified expiration date.
Store paint materials in a cool, dry place according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Visually inspect the compressor fittings and compressed air once a day before starting to use the blotting paper. T
The device must be electrically grounded.
The compressed air supply used for blasting and painting must be free of moisture and the exit air temperature must be below 80°C.
Check with blotting paper and you should not see any traces of oil or water contamination.
